Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Economics Research to work on a full-time basis. The role involves conducting rigorous economic analysis to inform strategic decisions and model development. The position requires applying advanced quantitative methods to solve complex problems in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement economic models to evaluate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive dynamics
• Develop and validate statistical and econometric models using large-scale datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate economic insights into actionable business strategies
• Publish research findings in technical reports and present insights to stakeholders
• Stay current with advancements in economic theory, computational methods, and industry best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in statistical software such as R,
Python, or Stata for data analysis and modeling
• Strong foundation in econometrics, time-series analysis, and quantitative research methods
• Experience with large datasets and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Ability to interpret economic data and derive actionable insights from complex analyses
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences
