Role Description The BIM Architect will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and project management teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed BIM models,



coordinating architectural and MEP elements, and ensuring design accuracy across project phases. The role involves translating design concepts into constructible digital models, maintaining model standards, and updating documentation as projects evolve. The BIM Architect will participate in design reviews, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings, helping resolve technical issues and optimize building performance. The position also requires adherence to sustainability goals and regulatory requirements, as well as explicit communication of model-related insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and strong skills in architectural modeling and documentation.
Experience in coordinating BIM with MEP and structural models, including clash detection and issue resolution workflows.
