As Sun Chem India continues to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment, along with supporting onboarding, employee documentation, and other core HR operations to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and offline methods
Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage candidate experience




Maintain and update employee records and HR database
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR documentation
Handle walk-ins and internal referrals professionally
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
Hands-on experience in handling mass hiring and niche profiles
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet hiring deadlines
