About the Role

boAt Lifestyle is looking for a Growth Executive – Marketing to drive user acquisition and growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build, execute, and optimize campaigns that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and affordability. If you enjoy working with cross-functional stakeholders, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying new growth opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Drive improvements across the current user acquisition funnel by leveraging strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns with external partners to maximize customer acquisition and conversions.




Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and user growth.
Collaborate with partner POCs and internal teams including Marketing, Brand, Product, Finance, and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Own partner marketing opportunities, negotiate campaign executions, and manage timelines from ideation to launch.
Identify and onboard current marketing and partnership opportunities that help expand customer reach and improve affordability through offers, cashback programs, EMI options, and other value propositions.
Monitor key growth metrics and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities in the consumer technology and lifestyle ecosystem.
