Purnkuti is a nonprofit organization working to create sustainable social impact through education, digital inclusion, and women’s empowerment. We are seeking a dynamic, committed, and result-oriented Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate our community development initiatives in Barh, Bihar.
Projects
• Child Development – Water Lily Public School
• Digital Literacy – Project Digital Kuti
• Women Empowerment – Project Dhara
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the daily operations of Water Lily Public School.
• Support and mentor teachers while monitoring student attendance, learning outcomes, and overall development.
• Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a safe, inclusive, child-friendly learning environment.
• Coordinate Digital Kuti activities, including digital literacy training, computer labs,
trainer performance, and learner participation.
• Support Project Dhara by coordinating women's empowerment, livelihood, skill development, and awareness programs.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, field visits, community outreach, and review meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, beneficiary records, reports, and data.
• Coordinate with community leaders, government departments, donors, and partner organizations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and child safeguarding standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Rural Development, Management, Sociology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in education, NGO, or community development projects.
• Experience in school management, digital literacy, child development, or women empowerment programs is preferred.
