We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketer to lead our Meta Ads function and support our continued growth by generating qualified, high-intent leads.
Role Overview
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for the end-to-end management of LA People's Meta Ads presence, including market research, campaign strategy, creative development, execution, and ongoing optimisation. This is a high-ownership role suited to a candidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with autonomy while remaining closely aligned with the sales team's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ad campaigns across defined target audience segments
• Conduct market and audience research to inform targeting and messaging strategy
• Develop and adapt ad creatives in accordance with the company's established brand guidelines
• Monitor key performance indicators, including CPM, CTR, and lead quality, on an ongoing basis
• Identify underperforming campaigns promptly and implement corrective adjustments
• Provide transparent, accurate weekly reporting on spend, lead volume, and lead quality to the founding team
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality aligns with conversion capacity
Candidate Requirements
* 6 months - 1 years of hands-on experience managing live Meta Ad campaigns; a portfolio or documented campaign history is required
* Demonstrated understanding of core performance marketing metrics, including CPM,
