Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base for Planhook’s marketing and events services. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and managing lead generation efforts through various channels.



The role involves nurturing client relationships, understanding business needs, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations. The specialist will track sales pipelines, prepare reports, participate in client meetings and pitches, and support strategic initiatives that enhance revenue and brand presence. This position requires close coordination with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution from initial contact to project delivery.
