Role Description The Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about services,



and resolving issues in a qualified manner. The Customer Service Executive will manage customer accounts, track service requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role includes maintaining customer records, documenting interactions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
