Role Description The Sales Manager role at Sayaji Hotels Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee hotel sales activities, including identifying recent business opportunities, managing key corporate and leisure accounts, and building long-term relationships with travel partners, event planners, and intermediaries.



This role includes developing and executing sales plans, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the reservations, front office, and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and revenue growth. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize pricing strategies and drive occupancy and revenue targets. The position requires active participation in local networking, sales calls, property site visits, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and secure new business.
Qualifications
Strong skills in sales planning, account management, and business development within hospitality or a related service industry.
