Role Definition
The Head – Production & Visibility is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end execution of production and visibility activities across branding and creative projects. This includes ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of physical and digital branding materials, managing vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining the visual impact of the brand in physical spaces and activations. The role requires strategic planning, coordination with internal teams, and on-ground supervision to maintain consistency and excellence in brand presentation.

• Production Management
Oversee the production of branding materials including signage, POS displays, retail fixtures, and event collaterals.
Ensure 100% adherence to brand guidelines in all produced assets.
Deliver all production outputs within agreed timelines (>95% on-time delivery).
Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools.
• Vendor Management & Cost Control
Identify and onboard reliable vendors for print, fabrication, and installation.
Negotiate pricing and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
Maintain a vetted vendor database with performance ratings updated quarterly.
Ensure all vendor payments and compliance documents are in order.
• Quality Assurance
Conduct quality checks on all produced items before dispatch/installation.
Ensure >98% error-free delivery of produced materials.
