About the Role
We are hiring an E-commerce Marketplace Executive to own marketplace operations and growth for Prakriti Vibes across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Meesho. This is not a monitoring role. You will plan, execute, and optimise — from listing quality and campaign management to pricing strategy and performance reporting.
The benchmark is straightforward: improve visibility, increase conversions, reduce ACOS, and grow marketplace revenue.

What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit Seller Portal, and Meesho
Plan, run, and scale sponsored ad campaigns across all active marketplaces




Optimise product listings for search visibility, click-through rate, and conversion
Track and improve key metrics — ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and order volume — on a daily basis
Run structured A/B tests across listings, creatives, pricing, and campaigns
Monitor inventory levels, pricing positions, and competitor activity in real time
Identify growth opportunities across categories, keywords, and promotional windows
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with explicit insights and action recommendations
Coordinate with the content and design team to brief listing creatives and A+ content
What You Need
0 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meesho, or similar marketplace platforms
Working knowledge of marketplace advertising — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and campaign bidding strategies
Understanding of listing optimisation — titles, bullets, keywords, images, and A+
