Job Description
The Data Analytics and Reporting Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide analytics, reporting,



and business intelligence initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making. This role leads the design, development, and delivery of actionable insights through dashboards, reports, advanced analytics, and performance measurement frameworks. The position partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to transform data into strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Leadership
Develop and execute the organization's analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead analytics initiatives that identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance improvement areas.
Translate complex business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across business functions.
