Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager,



you'll own acquisition of online D2C brands and e-commerce merchants for Snapmint's checkout financing solution. This is a consultative, outbound-heavy role focused on identifying the right D2C brands, pitching Snapmint's value proposition, and closing partnerships end-to-end — from first outreach to platform integration.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect high-potential online D2C brands and e-commerce merchants across categories (fashion, electronics, beauty, home, etc.)
Own the full sales cycle — outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closure — for current merchant partnerships
Build a strong, structured pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, industry events, and referrals
Work closely with the integration/tech team to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchant partners onto the Snapmint checkout platform
Drive quarter-on-quarter growth in merchant GMV and transaction volume
Build relationships with key stakeholders (founders, growth/marketing heads, payments teams)
