Role Description
This full time, on-site Fresh Diploma / Graduate Trainee role is based at Metalsa’s facility in Jamshedpur. The trainee will support production, quality,



and engineering teams by learning core manufacturing processes for vehicle structural components. Daily activities may include monitoring production lines, assisting in data collection and analysis, participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, and following safety and quality standards. The role involves working closely with experienced professionals, attending training sessions, and rotating through different departments to gain a broad understanding of operations. The trainee is expected to contribute to team projects, maintain accurate documentation, and build the skills needed for future technical or supervisory responsibilities.

Candidates should possess foundational technical skills in mechanical, electrical, automotive, production, or manufacturing engineering, supported by a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
