3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM.

Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
Valuable understanding of software licensing concepts and compliance processes.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and workflow automations.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
