Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Trainer role based in Mumbai. The Process Trainer will design and deliver process training programs for new hires and existing team members, ensuring they understand client requirements, workflows, quality standards, and performance metrics. Responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting classroom and floor training,



organizing refresher sessions, and maintaining training documentation. The role involves coordinating with operations, quality, and HR teams to identify training needs, monitor the performance of trained staff, and implement corrective training plans. The Process Trainer will also contribute to process improvements by capturing feedback from trainees and sharing insights to optimize customer experience operations.
Qualifications
Solid training and facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct classroom and on-the-floor sessions effectively.
Experience in process documentation, SOP creation, and workflow mapping within customer support or BPO environments.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams and explain complex processes clearly.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating training content, reports, and performance tracke
