Role Description The Sales Head will lead the sales function for UK International London Beauty School,



driving admissions growth and institutional partnerships from the Noida campus. This full time, on-site role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and overseeing key accounts such as education consultants, corporate partners, and institutional alliances. The Sales Head will monitor performance metrics, forecast revenue, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets while collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with enrollment goals. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, conducting regular training and reviews, engaging with prospective students and parents, managing follow-ups, and representing the school at events and outreach activities. The role also involves market analysis, competition tracking, and recommending improvements to enhance conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness
