Role Overview
At Mumzworld, we are building a leading digital-first e-commerce platform, and performance marketing plays a critical role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business scalability.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across key acquisition channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — combining hands-on channel ownership with the ability to drive performance improvements, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven media decisions.
The ideal candidate is a performance marketing expert with strong experience managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing meaningful media budgets, and translating campaign data into measurable business outcomes. They should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting, partnering cross-functionally, and mentoring junior team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
Performance Campaign Management & Optimization
Own the execution, optimization,



and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search/SEM, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Manage day-to-day campaign activities including setup, bidding strategies, budget pacing, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Apply advanced optimization approaches across audiences, bidding algorithms, creative testing, and campaign structures to improve efficiency and growth.
Lead execution for major campaigns, seasonal events, and always-on marketing programs.
Media Strategy & Partner Management
Act as a key point of contact for media partners, supporting technical troubleshooting, platform updates, and opportunities for growth.
Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager to support budget allocation decisions and channel strategy.
Identify opportunities to scale high-performing channels while improving overall marketing efficiency.
