Experience: 10 to 15 years in a manufacturing plant (Spring/Automotive industry preferred).
Strong expertise in mechanical maintenance of spring manufacturing related machinery & positive working knowledge of electrical systems is highly essential. Experience in the maintenance of Leaf Spring Parabolic Rolling Machines and knowledge of PLC systems will be considered a strong asset. Must have awareness of IATF 16949 quality management systems and hands-on experience with related maintenance documentation.





Role Description The Head of Maintenance is a full-time, on-site role located at Mack Springs’ facility in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading the maintenance function, including planning, organizing, and overseeing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant machinery, equipment, and utilities. Day-to-day tasks include developing maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance teams, coordinating repairs, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Head of Maintenance will collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support smooth operations and implement improvements in equipment performance and reliability. The role also involves monitoring maintenance budgets, managing spare parts inventory, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes.
