If you have a flair for creating breathtaking wedding experiences, a strong eye for design, and the ability to bring concepts to life from ideation to execution, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do
✨ Conceptualize and design unique wedding themes, décor concepts, and guest experiences
✨ Manage end-to-end wedding planning and execution
✨ Create mood boards, presentations, and décor proposals for clients
✨ Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams
✨ Ensure seamless on-ground execution with exceptional attention to detail
✨ Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and client expectations
What We're Looking For
✔ 4–5 years of experience in wedding planning, event management, or wedding décor
✔ Strong understanding of wedding aesthetics,
design trends, and event logistics
✔ Excellent client management and communication skills
✔ Experience in proposal presentations, negotiations, and vendor management
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
✔ Startup mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability
✔ Experience in luxury or destination weddings will be an added advantage
