The Retail Jeweller is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant & Key Account Manager – Media Sales & Events to work directly with the Co-Founders and play a key role in shaping the future of India’s leading B2B media and events company for the gems & jewellery industry.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to strategic leadership, key account management, media sales, business development, conferences, exhibitions, and sponsorships—while building relationships with some of the biggest names in the jewellery industry.

What You’ll Do

✔ Work directly with the Co-Founders on strategic initiatives and business priorities.

✔ Manage relationships with key advertising clients, event sponsors, and industry leaders.

✔ Drive media sales across print, digital, conferences, exhibitions, and awards.

✔ Prepare business proposals, presentations, pitch-decks, and client pitches.





✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

✔ Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth.

✔ Leverage AI tools for analytics, MIS reporting, content research, presentations, and business writing support.

Who We’re Looking For

MBA/PGDBM (or equivalent)
3–7 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Key Account Management, Media Sales, Events, or Business Development
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
Strong working knowledge of AI tools for analytics, presentations, pitch-decks, MIS, content research, and writing.
