Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Bengaluru. The BDE will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for Retale Design Solutions.



Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, conducting meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and coordinating with the design team to shape compelling proposals. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, tracking business performance, and preparing reports and forecasts. The BDE will collaborate closely with leadership to support revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility in target sectors.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a robust pipeline.
Solid understanding of business development processes and commercial acumen to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects, present solutions, and negotiate agreements.
Experience in client and account management, ensuring consistent follow-up
