We’re scaling fast, skipping red tape, and looking for a sharp, internet-literate Marketing Intern to work directly with our Founder. This isn't a "make coffee and print slides" role—you will be running point on social content, hype-building community campaigns, and customer success from Day 1.

What You’ll Be Cooking1. Social Media & Content (The Main Stage)
Brainstorm, film, edit, and post short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style content, carousels) that stop the scroll.
Stay obsessed with internet trends, viral audio, and creator culture in the outdoor/lifestyle niche.
Track analytics, see what hits vs. what flops,



and double down on what works.

2. Community & Creator Strategy
Be the voice in our DMs, comments, and mentions. Bring real energy, not copy-pasted corporate responses.
Hunt down micro-creators, outdoor enthusiasts, and brand advocates for collabs and UGC.
Help plan and execute community meetups, IRL events, and wild offline campaigns.

3. Customer Experience (Turning Buyers into Fans)
Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, IG DMs, and email with fast, high-empathy solutions.
Turn shipping hiccups or return requests into 5-star brand loyalty moments.
Feed real customer feedback straight to the Founder to help refine products and messaging.

4. Founder’s Office Growth Hacks
Work side-by-side with the Founder on quick growth experiments, competitor teardowns, and copy testing.
