Experience:- 8 to 15 Years solid AD sales (corporate) experience in OOH, Radio, Advertising, TV Advertising, etc.
Qualification : Graduate / MBA / Specialisation in Mgmt. / Marketing / Sales would be preferred

Job Overview:
- Must have exposure to acquiring and handling large corporate clients/advertisers.
- Hands-on experience in concept selling, brand planning & selling, prospecting and business development/alliances.
- A networked individual with pre-existing relationships with clients and ad agencies.
- Ability to perform in a target-driven sales environment and cope with a fast- moving business environment.
- Excellent English - verbal & written communication. Excellent with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow existing business, add new clients – build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals.
- Work with the internal team(s) and other regional managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
- Establish contacts with key decision-makers/marketing heads of large corporate clients.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with internal team(s) to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Strategic planning and responsibility for developing the pipeline of new business coming into the company. Forecast sales targets/pipelines and ensure they are met by the team.
- Focus on developing Innovations, be they creative or media usage, to create differentiation in the campaigns executed by us.
- Share progress reports with both clients and Management to keep them abreast of the and ensure data is accurate and managed as per the company’s needs.
- Constantly gauge market responses for further strengthening our business relationships.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
