Role Objective

To build and position the MyGromor retail network into Indias most trusted farmer retail brand by ensuring a cohesive and powerful market presence.

Key deliverables & Scope:

1. Brand Management: Direct the overarching brand strategy, narrative and positioning to resonate deeply with rural and agricultural community. Conduct timely brand audits, test brand resonance with farmers and conduct enterprise-wide brand strategies to match with region, crop wise farmer profiles.
2. Unified Retail Architecture: Establish a unified retail brand identity, governing store interior branding, layout aesthetics, and visual merchandising across all retail outlets.
3. Corporate & Employer Branding: Elevate retail business corporate communications to position the organization as an industry leader and an employer of choice.

Responsibilities & Job Descriptions:
1. Rural Activation & PR:



Formulate and execute aggressive rural activation strategies, high impact farmer events, and localized community outreach.
2. Media & Public Relations: Manage PR coverage, media relations, and corporate events to maximise brand visibility and positive public sentiment.
3. Instore & External Branding: Store interior branding, layout aesthetics and visual merchandising aligning with catchment crop, market potential and regional diversity.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Oversee both internal and external corporate communications to streamline information flow and reinforce corporate values and brand identity.
5. Omni channel messaging; Ensure brand alignment and message consistency across all corporate, digital and on-ground channels.Role & responsibilities
