Position: Senior JavaScript Lead Engineer

Experience: 10–13 Years

Location: Remote/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of modern frontend applications using React + TypeScript.

- Design and implement Node.js backend services to process, transform, and serve complex datasets.

- Build and optimize database queries and schemas using MySQL.

- Integrate third-party APIs and manage data flows between systems.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce clean code practices, and mentor junior engineers.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in a senior/lead role.

- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Solid experience with React (hooks, component architecture,



performance optimization).

- Solid backend expertise in Node.js for building APIs and handling data workflows.

- Deep working knowledge of MySQL, including query optimization, indexing, and schema design.

- Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous data flows.

- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets.

- Experience with database replication, sharding, or scaling in MySQL environments.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of caching strategies (Redis, CDN).

- Experience working in high-volume, data-intensive applications.
