Senior Java Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior Java Technical Lead with 9–10+ years of experience in Java development, architecture, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing scalable enterprise applications and leading technical initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (Java 8/11/17+), Spring Boot, and Spring ecosystem
- Expertise in Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems
- Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes

Technical Expertise

- Robust understanding of Java concurrency, multithreading, JVM internals, memory management, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of collections, design patterns, SOLID principles,



and clean coding practices
- Ability to analyze system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize applications

Architecture & Leadership

- Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance enterprise solutions
- Define microservice architecture and technical solutions
- Lead design discussions, code reviews, and technical decisions
- Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders
