Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to Generative AI, LLM integrations, and Agentic AI development, enabling the creation of intelligent, autonomous workflows for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.
- Develop AI-powered applications by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Spring AI, or LangChain4j.
- Build intelligent agents capable of tool calling, workflow orchestration, reasoning, and automation.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with Kafka, Redis, relational and NoSQL databases where applicable.




- Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Follow best practices for clean code, testing, security, and CI/CD.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 17/21.
- Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Microservices architecture.
- REST APIs.
- Multithreading and Concurrency.
- Object-Oriented Design and Design Patterns.
- SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
