Role & responsibilities The role will primarily be responsible for:

- End-to-end IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, allocation, tracking, recovery, and disposal.

- Maintaining accurate asset inventory and ensuring timely reconciliation and audits.

- Coordinating with vendors, and internal stakeholders for asset planning and fulfilment.

- Managing employee asset allocation, returns, and value recovery for lost, damaged, or non-returned assets.

- Preparing periodic asset reports and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

- Support internal and external asset audits.

- Maintain documentation related to procurement, disposal, and asset movement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 36 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel.

- Robust knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and inventory control.

- Experience working with ITSM/ITAM tools or similar platforms.

- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.

- ITIL certification would be an added advantage.

- Male candidates preferred

- Should be fluent in Kannada
