Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for Leading end-to-end residential and commercial interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to site execution and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in space planning, interior layout design, and optimization of functional workflows.

- Candidates should possess skills in concept development, color theory, material selection, and visual storytelling through mood boards.

- Candidates should possess skills in CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) for 2D and 3D drawings.

- Candidates should possess skills in project coordination, vendor and contractor management, and adherence to timelines and budgets.





- Candidates should possess skills in client communication, requirements gathering, and presenting design proposals clearly.

- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and basic MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) considerations is beneficial.

- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, NY, visit project locations, and adapt to a energetic, field-oriented environment.

- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
