Role Description The Human Resources Assistant at Skygoal supports day-to-day HR operations and employee services in an on-site role based in Hyderabad. This full time position involves maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating training activities, and supporting benefits administration. The role includes working with HR systems to update data, prepare HR-related documents and reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies.



The Human Resources Assistant liaises with employees and managers to address routine HR inquiries, helps organize HR events and initiatives, and contributes to a positive and inclusive workplace experience.
Qualifications
