About The Role
Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering rapid, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers,
working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.
We're looking for a Subject Matter Expert to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly for insurance-related features. You'll combine your customer support expertise and insurance background to refine our products and elevate our service standards.

What You'll Be Doing
Liaising with insurance partners to ensure rapid resolution of plans across products
Reviewing and approving complaints to ensure compliance with insurance terms, conditions, and standards
Performing root-cause analyses of chats, complaints, and other customer interactions to learn and become an expert on customer sentiment
Resolving complex escalations by supporting front-line support agents to elevate the overall customer experience
