Job Description: MEP Engineer (Mechanical Background)

The Role:
MEICON is adding a MEP Engineer with specializations in Civil, Electrical and Communication to our rapid-growing team. As an MEP Engineer, the individual will be part of an ever-growing organization executing Highrise Residential Projects across India & has enormous potential for career growth.

Skills & Responsibilities:
Prepare Quantity estimates on Electrical, Plumbing and other related systems.
Develops an in-depth knowledge of the contractual requirements for the project and organizing and managing the timely mobilization of resources on-site, ensuring alignment with the client's defined time, cost, and quality objectives.




Makes cost estimates on design changes, evaluates cost proposals and contractors’ requests for adjustments.
Conduct regular and thorough site inspections to verify that all MEP works are being executed in strict compliance with the project's contract specifications and quality standards.
He/She has to prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimates of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, fire system and general piping system.
Conduct and facilitate regular weekly site meetings with contractors and consultants to ensure effective communication, track progress, address issues, and maintain timely delivery of work.
Take lead responsibility for coordinating with the client and contractors to ensure the timely and efficient provision of necessary site utilities and the proper allocation of site space.
