Role Overview – ORM Executive

As an ORM Executive, you will monitor, manage, and protect the online reputation of our clients. You’ll track
conversations, engage with audiences, and develop proactive strategies to maintaina positive brand image
across social and digital platforms. Your insights will help shapebrandperception and support overall
marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor social media, review sites, forums,



and other online platforms for mentions of clients and relevant
industry conversations.
● Respond to queries, comments, and reviews in line with brand voice and policy.
● Escalate potential crises, negative sentiment, or emerging trends to senior
stakeholderspromptly.
● Collaborate with social, content, and strategy teams to align ORM efforts with campaigns.
● Prepare reports and insights on brand perception, trends, and competitor activity.
● Stay updated on digital trends, platform policies, and best practices for online reputationmanagement.

Requirements

● 0–1 years of experience in ORM, social media management, Email responses or digital marketing roles.
● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
● Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital ecosystems, and online conversation trends.
● Excellent written communication, editing, and storytelling skills.
● Ability to handle sensitive
situations
