If you have successfully led field sales teams in organisations such as Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Airtel, Jio, Tata Play, Dish TV, consumer finance, insurance, FMCG or any high-performance field sales environment, this opportunity is designed for you.
Your Mission

Your first responsibility is not to sell.
Your first responsibility is to build a high-performing field sales team.
You'll identify, recruit, mentor and lead motivated Sales Consultants who will help homeowners transition to clean energy. Your success will be measured by the quality of the team you build, the culture you create and the business your team delivers.
What You'll Do





Build and lead a high-performing Field Sales team.
Recruit, train and mentor Sales Consultants across your territory.
Drive customer acquisition for Residential Rooftop Solar solutions.
Coach your team on consultative selling and customer engagement.
Monitor daily sales activity, productivity and conversions through CRM.
Develop local referral networks and channel partnerships.
Deliver ambitious monthly sales and team growth targets.
Create a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
We're Looking For

Proven experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, Team Handling or Sales Leadership.
Experience recruiting and managing sales teams is highly preferred.
Background in fintech, telecom, merchant acquisition, DTH, consumer finance, insurance, BFSI, FMCG or renewable energy.
Robust leadership, coaching and communication skills.
