Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Safety Skilled role based in Nellore.



The Safety Professional will oversee implementation of Takenaka’s Health & Safety Policy at project sites, ensuring compliance with all applicable industrial health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining safety documentation and reports. The role involves planning and delivering safety training for employees and subcontractors, promoting awareness of safe work practices, and supporting incident and accident investigations to determine root causes and preventive measures. The Safety Professional will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate safety requirements into work plans and to foster a culture of continuous safety improvement.
Qualifications
