Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, in office role based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring that digital marketing strategies align with those objectives. Day-to-day tasks include regular client communication, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services on time, addressing client concerns,



and identifying opportunities to enhance campaign performance. The Relationship Manager will prepare reports, present campaign outcomes, and recommend improvements to increase client satisfaction and retention. This role also involves supporting new business opportunities by participating in client meetings and contributing to proposals.
Qualifications
