Role Description This full time, on-site Customer Relations Officer role is based in Kolkata. The position involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients and residents, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include managing customer support interactions, maintaining accurate records of communication,



coordinating with internal teams to address service requests, and monitoring customer satisfaction levels. The role also requires building and nurturing long-term client relationships, gathering feedback to improve services, and supporting sales and post-sales processes with clear, empathetic communication.
