Role Description
The Tender Executive is a role based in Ahmedabad, offering in-office work.



The Tender Executive will assist in identifying relevant combination of in office work tenders from government and private e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, nProcure, eProcure, IREPS, BidAssist, TenderTiger, and Tender247. Daily responsibilities include reviewing tender notices, organizing tender documents, tracking submission deadlines, preparing and formatting technical and commercial bid documents, and coordinating with engineering, estimation, procurement, and finance teams to compile required certifications, financial statements, BOQs, and compliance documents.
The tender executive will maintain tender records, update tender trackers and databases, prepare management reports, support online bid submissions, respond to clarification requests, and contribute to improving tender templates, documentation processes, and digital filing systems under the guidance of senior team members.
