Position Title: Regional Manager – Enterprise Sales (South Region)

Job Description

The Regional Manager – Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving new business acquisition for Payroll Outsourcing, Compliance Managed Services, and related HR solutions across enterprise and mid-market organizations in the South Region of India. The role will own the sales strategy and revenue growth across key southern markets, including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other assigned territories. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales qualified with a strong track record of selling payroll outsourcing and compliance managed services, building executive relationships, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive business growth for Payroll Outsourcing and Compliance Managed Services across the South Region.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
• Drive new business acquisition for Payroll Outsourcing,



Compliance Managed Services, and related HR solutions across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, CFOs, HR Heads, Payroll Managers, Compliance Heads, Procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Understand customer payroll, compliance, and workforce management challenges and position the organization's managed service offerings to address their business needs.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to solution presentation, commercial negotiations, contract closure, and seamless account transition.
• Work closely with Solution Consulting, Operations, Implementation, Legal, and Customer Success teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Engage and manage multiple stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations throughout the sales process.
