Role Overview:
As we expand our presence across Bangalore through dealer-owned and operated experience centres, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations, manage dealer relationships, and drive business growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Management:
Develop, onboard, and support dealer partners across the assigned territory.
Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and standards.
Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans where needed.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Drive sales volumes, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned area.
Plan and execute area-level sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales teams to deliver strong results.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure high engagement levels.
Market Development:
Identify and open new market opportunities through dealer network expansion.
Collaborate with marketing teams for local events, promotions, and brand visibility.
Customer Experience:
Ensure superior customer satisfaction at every dealer touchpoint.
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues in coordination with relevant teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-8 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in the automotive, EV
