Role Overview
As a Senior/Principal TAC Engineer, you will become a key technical leader within Versa's global support organization, responsible for troubleshooting and driving resolution for highly complex customer production issues across large-scale SD-WAN and SASE deployments.
This role goes beyond traditional support. You will act as an escalation expert, collaborate closely with engineering, reproduce customer environments in lab setups, identify product defects, influence product improvements, and become a trusted advisor for strategic customers.
You will solve problems that sit at the convergence of:
• Advanced Routing
• Network Security
• SD-WAN
• SASE
• Cloud networking
• Authentication and identity systems
• Large-scale enterprise deployments
