Job summary
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a single engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions. This role focuses on day‑to‑day technical leadership, people management, and delivery execution within a defined product or platform area. The Engineering Manager works closely with Product, Architecture, and Operations to ensure the team delivers high‑quality outcomes aligned to roadmap and business goals.
What you will do
Technical Leadership
Lead technical execution for a specific product, service, or platform area.




Ensure designs and implementations follow established architecture, security, and reliability standards.
Promote best practices in coding, code review, testing, CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning.
Partner with senior engineers and architects to plan and implement refactoring, modernization, and tech‑debt reduction.

People & Team Management
Manage, coach, and develop a team of software engineers and senior engineers.
Set clear goals and performance expectations; provide regular feedback and run effective1:1s.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development to build a strong, diverse team.

Delivery & Execution
Collaborate with Product Management to refine scope, priorities, and release timelines for the team.
Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery for the team’s backlog.
