About the Role:
Most internships have you fetching coffee or doing mindless data entry. This is not one of them. At Joveo, the Strategic Initiatives team operates like a startup within a scale-up. We research, build, and scale new global supply channels and revenue streams from zero.
We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Intern to work directly with leadership to solve complex business problems, optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and drive real revenue impact.

What You Will Actually Do:
Market Intelligence & GTM: Conduct deep-dive research into recent markets, HR tech trends, and competitor landscapes to identify white-space opportunities for Joveo.
Process Optimization: Audit our existing supply and partnership workflows. Find the bottlenecks, propose data-backed solutions, and help build the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to fix them.
Data Storytelling: Analyze performance dashboards to find hidden patterns. You won't just pull data; you will translate it into actionable business insights for the leadership team.
