As a Senior Associate - Organizational Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through transformation challenges by developing and implementing change management strategies that align with their strategic goals. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing organizational structures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves crafting tailored solutions to facilitate change adoption, designing communication plans for stakeholder engagement,



and identifying training needs to support successful change initiatives.
