Role Description :

The Client Success Intern will support learners on the Ostello platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey. In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, the intern will respond to client queries,



help resolve issues, and provide timely updates through calls, chats, and emails. The role includes guiding recent users through onboarding, explaining platform features, and collecting feedback to improve overall client satisfaction. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on concerns, maintain accurate records of interactions, and contribute to process improvements. This position offers hands-on exposure to client-facing operations in a fast-paced edtech environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for learners and educators via calls, chats, WhatsApp, and emails.
* Guide new users through onboarding and help them get the most out of the Ostello platform.
