About the Prospect Are you a driven B2B professional looking to capitalize on India’s booming renewable energy sector?
At Loop Solar, we are looking for a hybrid Sales & Operations Executives (based out of Gurgaon) to take complete ownership of NCR & Haryana or Jaipur (Rajasthan) clusters. In this high-impact role, you will not only drive solar equipment sales across the assigned cluster but also manage the end-to-end supply chain execution for your region. You will be the key bridge between top-tier solar brands and the regional EPC companies building India’s solar infrastructure, while ensuring meticulous operational efficiency and quality control.

Important Note: This is a core B2B sales, business development, and supply chain operations role. This is NOT a direct-to-consumer (B2C)

What You Will Do As our Sales & Operations Executive, you will own the full B2B sales cycle alongside overseeing critical warehouse and logistics operations for your region. Your day-to-day focus will include:
Targeted Sector Focus: Drive sales specifically targeting EPCs executing projects under the PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana and C&I; projects.
Pipeline Generation & Account Management: Build a robust sales pipeline for Adani modules, inverters, and BOS components, acting as the trusted eq
