Essential Day to Day responsibilities
Own & implement the content & capability roadmaps working closely with Data strategy, technology, downstream users/customers and operations teams
Oversee multiple initiatives delivered by the team. Drive, track and execute multiple tasks and projects independently or with minimal supervision. Maintain team backlog and prioritize work against business needs and objectives
Oversee requirements definition to implementation, support successful delivery of projects, remove the blockers from the team, facilitate agreements with stakeholders
Work closely with operations and Service & Quality teams to ensure effective implementation of new processes, sources, tools or policies, ensure that current business rules are understood and followed consistently
Own the source strategy/MoWs aligned with customer & business requirements
