This leadership role is responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing existing client relationships, overseeing end-to-end recruitment operations, and leading a high-performing recruitment team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business development skills along with extensive experience in recruitment and staffing. They will be responsible for expanding the company's client portfolio while ensuring successful delivery of recruitment services across all active accounts.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire current clients for permanent and contract staffing services.
Generate business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
Identify potential business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Upsell recruitment services to existing clients.

Understand client hiring requirements and workforce planning.
