Role Description The Duty Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaisalmer, responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role coordinates front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams,
monitoring service standards and addressing guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally. The Duty Manager supervises staff scheduling, manages shift handovers, and supports training to maintain consistent service quality. The role also involves monitoring occupancy and revenue-related activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards. The Duty Manager collaborates closely with senior management to implement operational improvements and assist in handling emergencies or escalated issues.
